You've got a pair of chalk 'n' cheese phones there! 
The K300 is the new mid-range handset from  , whilst the Nokia 3650/60 are an older Nokia Series 60 smartphone design.
You can do more with the Nokias and install all kinds of software on them, but I'd go for the 3660 over the 3650, it's got a conventional keypad layout rather than that wacky and I imagine hard to use circular one on the 3650.
The K300 is a nice design, reminiscent of the T610, will do most of what a typical user will need. It's really up to you, and what you use the phone for

Buy the 3660 ONLY IF YOU NEED VARIOUS SYMBIAN APPLICATIONS AND NEED EXPANDABLE MEMORY
The 3650 is not worth buying..

i did go with k300, ppl dont even sell the other phone as a second hand item. even if you get the 3660, it wud be hard to sell the phone for a future upgrade.
